Always excellent and professional service by a very knowledgeable and experienced plumber Doug. Having problems with my complex water system from a well, several water filters, water softener, reverse osmosis and in floor heating. Doug diagnosed the issues, made recommendations and quotes and then repaired and renovated the water system with his team and apprentice. If a future issue or maintenance is required this is who I will call. I truly appreciate the time spent explaining the issues and repairs and I have learned a lot about my water system. I highly recommend.

KVA Mechanical is a family run business and it is instantly noticeable as a customer. Their service technician, Brock, provides timely and effective service, which can be as quick as the following day, and will give you pragmatic advice based on what he sees. This is not a company that will try and up-sell you or force expensive upgrades. If your system can be saved, it will be repaired. If it cannot, they offer probably the best rates in the city and their zero interest lease to own furnace and AC units are almost too good to believe. There is NO interest and NO catch.

All i can say is that if you need HVAC work, this is the company to call. They will treat you, your system, and your wallet, like family.

I had a top leaking hot water tank that needed to be replaced. I contacted KVA Mechanical and they were able to give me a quote over the phone. They came in the next day, while I was at work, replaced the hot water tank and added new lines and shut off valves all within the quote. They sent an invoice and we were able to pay be e-transfer the next day. It was quality, professional work at a decent price and they responded so quickly. 5 star service!
